Founded in 1998 Automated Solutions has its roots in custom automation and made the transition from equipment designer/builder to component producer by employing methods learned from its past. Using this approach and patents Automated was able to become a leader in five unique product categories including PE Foam, Bubble, Coated Products, Multi-layered Bags and Replacement Cutting Surfaces. In 2015 with over two decades of experience in Polyethylene and Polypropylene foam production.
     Automated opened it’s first roll foam plant and a second was added in 2021. It was the collective of foam producing experience and in-house production machine design that allowed Automated to quickly emerge as a higher quality for lower cost source for LDPE foam. Automated is one of six PE Foam manufacturers in the US.  In 2016 Automated designed, built, and installed high speed coreless winders opening doors into retail shelf ready packaging and flooring materials. What began as a machinery company has uniquely grown into a retail capable supplier.
     Automated Solutions is the recipient of many awards and heavy recognition and support from the State of North Carolina including ISO 2015 and SHARP certified. With approximately 385,000 sq. feet of manufacturing in three plants, and a very seasoned team, we have the competence to take an idea from concept to shelf at benchmark speed to market. Our experience and efficient approach equals lower cost for better quality material.
